Who can participate in the Olympiad?

Each participating country forms a delegation of no more than ten students in two age categories (younger age group - 13 to 15 years old; older age group - 16 to 18 years old) and two team leaders. In addition, the work of two observers will be required.

The delegation leaders must be specialists in Physics or Physics teachers, capable of solving the problems of the competition competently.

Accomodation

Since BelPhO2022 is held on online platform, the participating country must provide all travel and accommodation expenses for the participants of the Olympiad.

We, as the organizers of BelPhO2022, ask to gather all participants of the Olympiad from 20-26 November 2022 in one place for accommodation and participation in the Olympiad.

It is also necessary to ensure that the students are accompanied by adults during the Olympiad.

Tour venue

The venue for the theoretical and experimental rounds should be chosen in a suitable room with good lighting, a stable Internet connection, also provided with all necessary equipment for copying, duplicating tasks, and space sufficient for convenient accommodation for all students.

Taking into account that the rounds will be held for the participants of two age categories on different tasks, separate rooms should be allocated for each age group.

The cost of renting rooms and necessary equipment must be covered by the participating country.
